At the left end of Lido di Venezia beach you will find Pachuka Bau Beach – Dog Friendly Beach.
Dogs are allowed to swim and stay on the beach together with their owners. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available in the dedicated area (they are paid), and the beach also has a bar and restaurant on site. It is one of the very few places in Venice where dogs are truly and openly welcome.
Along the beach, near the sunbed area, there is a free cold-water shower for people. If you want a hot shower instead, those are paid and are located behind the beach bar and restaurant (which turns into a small nightclub during the summer season). Right next to the sunbeds there is also a drinking water fountain for dogs.
It is a very practical and relaxed solution if you are visiting Venice with your dog and want a real beach day without restrictions.
